PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Cash and Zelle ONLY!!! Additional fees apply for Apple Pay and Debit/Credit transactions.

APPOINTMENTS:

All services are available to ages 12 and above, by appointment only. Same day/same week appointments are rarely available, however availability is immediately updated online upon last minute changes.

No outside hair products will be used during your rendered service unless otherwise instructed through a doctor's written recommendation. 

The service booked is the service you will receive
when you arrive to your appointment.
Any service change requests must be communicated to Quaniqúe Studio at least 72 hours in advance in the event that your appointment must be rescheduled to accommodate changes in service completion timelines. 

Refrain from bringing guests, and extra items (anything aside from your keys, phone and wallet/purse), to your appointment. If you work form home, you must schedule your appoiuntment around your work schedule - DO NOT BRING WORK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. We do not provide services for children under age 12, therefore children are not allowed in the service area for any reason and cannot be unattended in the common areas. Parents, you must book your appointments around your child care arrangements to avoid disappointment upon arrival. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT TOUCH ANY CLIENT'S HAIR DURING THEIR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON!!! 

A shampoo & condition is included in each service - avoiding this portion of your service will not have an effect on your service fee. Please be sure to take down any previous style prior to your arrival to avoid additional fees.

REFRESHMENTS:

Refrain from bringing food or drinks into the service area. We ask that you make meal arrangements before or after your service. 

LATE POLICY:

There is a 10 minute grace period, and additional charges do apply! At 10 minutes, an additional fee of $25 is automatically added to your service. At 15 minutes your appointment is canceled, and your late fee is then an inconvenience fee - 90% of the service fee from the appointment you missed. You will need to reschedule, if possible. Your fee will not be charged to your next service, it must be paid before you re-book.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given we will not be able to fill your time slot and you will be expected to pay 90% of the service fee from the appointment you missed in order to rebook. Your fee will not be charged to your next service, it must be paid before you re-book.

Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin. Honey, Spring water, Rosemary Leaves, Biotin, Vitamin E, Frankinsense, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Oil.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final.
