PAYMENTS: 

Cash, debit, credit, and CashApp are our only accepted payment methods. No checks or PayPal transactions.

APPOINTMENTS:

All services are available to ages 12 and above, by appointment only. Same day/same week appointments are rarely available, however availability is immediately updated online upon last minute changes.

Please always refer to our online schedule for your next appointment.

No outside hair products will be used during your rendered service unless otherwise instructed through a doctor's written recommendation. 

The service booked is the service you will receive
when you arrive to your appointment.
Any service change requests must be communicated to Quaniqúe Studios at least 72 hours in advance in the event that your appointment must be rescheduled to accommodate changes in service completion timelines. 

Please refrain from bringing guests to your appointment. Children are not allowed in the service area. WE ASK THAT YOU DO NOT TOUCH ANY CLIENT'S HAIR DURING THEIR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON!!! 

A shampoo & condition is included in each service - avoiding this portion of your service will not have an effect on your service fee. Please be sure to take down any previous style prior to your arrival. There is an additional charge of $30 for ANY 'take down' service that must be rendered during your appointment.

REFRESHMENTS:

Please refrain from bringing outside food or drinks into the service area. We ask that you make meal arrangements before or after your service. 

LATE POLICY:

There is a 10 minute grace period, and additional charges do apply! At 10 minutes, an additional fee of $25 is automatically added to your service. At 15 minutes your late fee is $35, at 20 minutes your appointment is canceled, and the card you listed on file will be charged at $40. You will need to reschedule, if possible, and your late fee will be charged to your next service. Ultimately, you can accumulate an additional fee of $25-$35 to be added to your next service. Should your card decline at minute 20, you will be expected to pay full price for the appointment you missed + your initial $25 late fee in order to rebook in the future.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 24 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. If less than 24 hour notice is given we will not be able to fill your time slot and you will be expected to pay 50% of the service fee for the appointment you missed in order to rebook in the future.

INGREDIENTS:

Shea Butter, Vegetable Glycerin. Honey, Spring water, Rosemary Leaves, Biotin, Vitamin E, Frankinsense, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower Oil.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. Due to sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

PICK-UP ORDERS:

All pick-up orders must be confirmed by calling 843.478.4308 prior to paying your invoice to avoid shipping fees.

ORDER SHIPMENTS:
